Recommended for Pro Arte Junior and Junior Advanced Levels (Ballet Grades 2-5). Guest students are also welcome!

Fee: $27.50 + gst per day
- Students can register for single days
- Students must take both the Ballet and Modern class
- Minimum registration is required for these classes to run

- Must be Age 15+ and have completed the Intermediate Ballet RAD/ISTD or equivalent training
- CBM and CoBm candidates must bring pointe shoes
Pre-Intermediate & Intermediate Programs: 11.30 – 1.00pm
- Must have completed Grade 5 Ballet RAD/ISTD or equivalent training
- CBM and CoBM candidates must bring pointe shoes
Junior Advanced Programs: 1.30 – 2.30pm
- Must have completed Grade 3 Ballet 1.00pm RAD/ISTD or equivalent training
Junior Programs: 2.30 – 3.30pm

- Students must have Advanced 2 level classical training and be ages 16-18
- Students are required to learn & demonstrate a Classical Pointe and a Contemporary choreography in the audition.

Pro Arte’s new CatchingArt Contemporary Ballet Theatre aspirants include four BC provincial classical ballet representatives (Emma Miller, Jodie Herron, Michaela Gobas and Amanda Gillies – all from Pro Arte Centre).
The exclusive 8 member company performs November 17th at the Kay Meek Centre in West Vancouver together with Pandora’s Vox and original new compositions by Michael Conway Baker OBC.
Pro Arte Centre is best known for its commitment to providing training to young dancers intending to pursue a career in dance. Students participating in Pro Arte programs have been selected as BC Provincial Representatives in the classical ballet, contemporary and stage divisions and have also been recognized for outstanding performance and technical ability in internationally-acclaimed competitions. Our graduates have been accepted into dance programs and companies both within Canada and the United States including to name a few; Juilliard, Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre, Ballet BC, Le Jeune Ballet, Purchase College, Lines Ballet Program, Ryerson University, Sheridan College and Toronto Dance Theatre. Our teachers are qualified with International teaching accreditations, are actively involved with International Dance Science research and have been recipients of numerous choreography and school awards at events held in New York, San Francisco, Denver, Dallas, Portland and Florida.
